Description

A former house, now an office and store, dating to the late 18th century, with 20th-century alterations and rear additions. The building is constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. It is three storeys high and five bays wide. The central doorway features a semi-circular fanlight, an open pediment, and brackets. The ground floor has mullion and transom windows, while the upper floors have sash windows with glazing bars, set within rubbed brick flat arches. Small balconies are located at the first floor level. A dentil cornice runs between the second and third floors, above which is a parapet.
