Description
19 Landport Terrace is a former house, now used as an office, dating from the early 19th century. The building is constructed of brick, which is now painted, and features a roof that is concealed by a parapet. It has a brick dentil cornice and stands three storeys tall with a basement, containing one window. The second and first floors have recessed 24-pane sash windows. The ground floor showcases a shallow tripartite bow window with 8:12:8 panes, which are divided by reeded pilasters, and includes a frieze, dentil cornice, and panelled aprons. On the left side, there is a doorcase set in a panelled reveal, featuring a dentilled pediment, a decorated frieze, pilasters, and a six-panelled door. The area railings are from the 20th century. Inside, there is a moulded cornice in the front room and an early 19th-century door surround with a reeded architrave and square paterae.
