Description

The building at 25 Landport Terrace, Southsea, is an early 19th-century house, now used as offices. It is constructed of painted brick and has a Welsh slate mansard roof with a brick stack on the left side. The house is three storeys high, with a basement and attic, and has two bays. The right side features a six-panel door with glazed upper panels, set within a moulded architrave. To the left is a six-pane sash window. A balcony with iron railings incorporating a Greek key frieze is present on the first floor. Above the balcony, two narrow three-pane casements, each with an overlight, are visible. The second floor has two small four-pane casements. A brick dentil course runs along the building, topped by a coped parapet. A round-headed dormer casement is set into the roof. The interior has not been inspected.
