Description
No. 13 Landport Terrace is a house that is part of an early 19th-century terrace, now used as offices. The building is constructed of yellow stock bricks and features an interlocking tile hipped roof with a brick stack located to the right of the center on the rear pitch. It stands three stories high and consists of one bay.
On the left side, there are five stone steps leading up to a 20th-century fully glazed door with a fanlight, which is set in a shallow elliptical arched recess. The doorhead moulding is designed to break forward as imposts to the arch. On the right side, there is a two-storey tripartite canted window that serves the ground and first floors, each containing a central sash window flanked by narrow sashes. Pilasters divide the lights, and each window has a panelled frieze, cornice, and panelled apron. The second floor features a sash window set beneath a flat gauged brick arch. The building is adorned with a brick dentil course topped with stone coping and a stone-coped parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
