Description

25 to 27 London Road is a house, currently used as an office, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a tiled roof. The symmetrical front, facing east, has two storeys and three windows. The hipped roof is set behind a parapet, which has stone coping and a brick dentil band. The windows have rubbed flat arches, stone cills, and quoins. The sashes are set in reveals. There is a late 19th-century doorcase that includes an open pediment, thin half-columns, an arch with a radiating fanlight, and double doors, each consisting of three panels, one of which is top glazed. There is also a later single-storey addition on the north side.
