Description

The Church of St John is a parish church built in 1843 by J. P. Harrison, designed in a vernacular 'Early English' style. The church features a nave with three bays, a south aisle, a chancel, a south porch, and a south-west tower. It has a tiled roof and walls made of coarse flints with stone dressings and diagonal buttresses. The windows include some plate glass and some with Geometrical tracery. The tower is composed of two stages.
