Description
Burchley House is an office building that was formerly a house, dating from the early 19th century. It has three windows and stands two storeys tall. The exterior is made of painted brick and features parapets. The roof is covered with concrete tiles and has gable chimneys of painted brick. The windows are sash style, with flat arches made of gauged brick. The first floor has small-pane sashes, while the ground floor has large-pane replacement sashes from the 20th century. The entrance door, also from the early 19th century, has two vertical sunk and moulded panels, a fluted architrave, and a flat canopy. Above the door is an oblong fanlight with intricate patterned radial glazing bars.
