Description
Codsall House is a late 18th-century house that has since been converted into an office. It is constructed of red brick and features rusticated quoins and dentilled eaves. The building has a slate Mansard roof, which is set behind a plain rendered parapet, and includes brick stacks. The house is two storeys tall with an attic and has three windows. The windows are glazing bar sashes with gauged brick heads and painted stone sills. The central entrance is a six-panelled door with a plain architrave, flanked by pilasters that are capped by fluted brackets and an open base pediment. Above the door is a semi-circular fanlight with radiating glazing bars. The attic features three flat-roofed dormers. On the left side, there is a semi-circular two-storey bay that projects from the west elevation, which also has glazing bar sashes with painted plaster lintels.
