Description
Leper House is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century, with some rebuilding from the 18th century. The date 1716 is inscribed on the gable of a dormer window. The building features close studded timber framing that has been partly rebuilt in brick, topped with a clay tile roof and a central brick stack. It consists of two framed bays, with the entrance located at the rear of the stack. Extensions at the front and rear create a T-shaped plan with the main building. The structure has one storey and an attic, along with a two-storey extension to the left. The windows are casement style with segmental heads.
Inside, the house has exposed ceiling beams and an inglenook fireplace.
