Description

The Old Cottage is a 17th-century cottage with later alterations. It features a timber frame that has been partly rebuilt in brick and has a concrete tile roof with brick stacks at each end. The building consists of a two-bay range with a 20th-century extension at the rear, standing one storey high with an attic. The left side has three square panels up to the eaves, while the rest of the front is brick. There is a three-light window on the left, and to the right, a 20th-century porch with a door and a bay window. The cottage also has two gabled dormers, and all windows are casements with leaded lights.
