Description

Railway Bridge Number 361 is a railway bridge that spans a road and was built in 1848 by Thomas Perry & Son from Highfields Foundry. The bridge is constructed of engineering brick with stone dressings and features cast iron parapets on the river girders. Each abutment is designed with a flat buttress, a parapet band, and a coped parapet. The cast iron parapets consist of four panels with rounded corners and panelled dies topped with moulded capping.
