Description

This is a late 18th-century former house, now used as an office and warehouse. It has undergone 20th-century alterations and has rear additions. The building is constructed of red brick with a pantile roof and extends over three storeys, with six bays. A door is located off-centre on the left-hand side, featuring a semi-circular fanlight with curvilinear glazing bars, supported by two attached Tuscan columns and topped with an open pediment. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, each set within a rubbed brick flat arch. Iron balconies are present at the first and second-floor windows above the door. A dentil cornice runs along the top of the building.
