Description
25 Colegate and Flat 6 Octagon Court is a former house that has been converted into flats, dating from the 19th century. The building is rendered, featuring a rusticated ground floor and long and short quoins, with a black pantile roof. It has two storeys and three first-floor windows that are spaced irregularly. There is a door on the right side, which is flanked by attached Tuscan columns and has a partly reeded frieze. The building has sash windows throughout, complete with glazing bars, a reticulated keystone at the ground floor, and moulded surrounds at the first floor. The roof is hipped at the east end.
