Description

No. 22 Colegate is a former building of unknown use, now serving as an office. It dates from the 17th century and was renovated in the 20th century. The exterior is rendered and features a pantile roof. The building is three storeys high and has five bays. A late 19th-century shop front is located on the left side, along with a tall carriage arch to the left. Sash windows with glazing bars are present throughout, and there is a block cornice at the top.
