Description
Number 24 on Colegate is a former building of unknown use, now functioning as an office. It dates back to the 17th century and was renovated in the 20th century. The exterior is rendered and features a pantile roof. The building has three storeys and a jettied first floor on the right-hand bay only. It consists of two bays, with a glazed door on the left side and three 20th-century casement windows on the ground floor. The right side has sash windows with a moulded surround and keystone, while the left side has casement windows. The left of the right-hand bay displays stucco quoins, and there is a change in roof pitch midway along the ridge.
