Description
Number 14 Princes Street is a building that originally consisted of two houses, but it has since been converted into an office. It dates from the 17th century and was later heightened. The building features a rendered plinth and a rusticated ground floor, with the upper sections rendered as well. It has a pantile roof and stands three storeys tall.
On the first floor, there are two windows and a projecting jetty. The entrances on either side are six-panelled doors that include overlights with lattice glazing bars, framed by doorcases that have fluted Ionic half-columns. The ground floor has two sash windows with glazing bars, along with a smaller similar window to the left. The first and second floors feature two 20th-century tripartite sash windows. A lead downpipe is also present on the building.
