Description

This is a house, likely dating from the 18th century or earlier, and now used as an office. It is rendered throughout and has a pantile roof. The building is two storeys high with an attic, and contains two first-floor windows. A jetty is present at first-floor level. The entrance door, located on the left side of the facade, features six raised and fielded panels, an overlight with rectilinear glazing, panelled reveals, and a simple moulded doorcase. A recessed ground-floor window has slender glazing bars and four cast-iron opening lights, one of which was broken at the time of the survey. The first-floor sash windows also have glazing bars. A simple box cornice runs along the top of the building. A gabled dormer, featuring plain bargeboards, incorporates a sash window with glazing bars.
