Description

No. 2 Tombland Alley is a pair of houses that have been converted into offices. The building dates from the 17th century and features a timber frame with a rendered ground floor and roughcast above. It has a pantile roof and a roughcast end chimney on the right side. The structure is two storeys high and has two first-floor windows. To the right, there is a panelled door with a fanlight that has intersecting glazing bars. There are two steps leading up to a 20th-century door also on the right. The building has three-light casements throughout, some of which have iron frames. The first floor has a jetty that is of unequal proportions on the right and left sides.
