Description

No. 24 Princes Street is a house that has been converted into an office. It dates back to the 17th century and underwent extensive restoration in the 19th century. The building features a rendered plinth and brickwork at the ground floor, while the first floor showcases exposed close-studding with herringbone brick infill. It has a pantile roof and a rendered dormer. The structure is two storeys tall with an attic and includes one long window on the first floor. The entrance features a 16th-century style door with a moulded surround, a four-centred head, and decorative armoral and pliage details in the spandrels. The windows are wooden mullioned with iron-framed casements and leaded lights. The gabled dormer has a plain bargeboard and iron-framed casements.
