Description

Number 19 on Princes Street is a house dating from the 18th century, which is now used as an office. It is constructed of brick and has a pantile roof. The building features two gable-end brick chimneys, with the left one having been rebuilt. It stands three storeys high and includes a cellar, with four windows on both the first and second floors. The door, located in the second bay from the left, has four flush panels and a plain overlight, framed by a simple moulded doorcase with lugs and a pediment. The sash windows are fitted with thick glazing bars and are set beneath flat rubbed brick arches. To the left, there is a small cellar window with glazing bars. The building is topped with a paired bracket cornice.
