Description
Nos. 10 and 12 Princes Street is a building from the 17th century that has been adapted for use as a doctor's surgery. The structure has a three-storey rebuild at the rear dating from the 20th century and is rendered throughout. The roof features red pantiles on the left side and black pantiles on the right. The building has two storeys and showcases three first-floor windows with a jetty. To the left, there is a cambered carriage arch leading to a part-glazed flush panelled door, which is set in a simple moulded doorcase with corner roundels and an overlight featuring rectilinear glazing bars. The first and second floors have two 20th-century tripartite sash windows with glazing bars, and there is a smaller sash window with glazing bars located above the carriage arch. A 20th-century box cornice completes the exterior.
