Description

No. 45 King Street is a former building of unknown use, now serving as an office. It dates from the 17th century and has had some alterations in the 20th century. The first floor is rendered, and the building features a pantile roof and stands two storeys tall with a jetty at the first floor. It has two bays and a simple pilastered shopfront with a recessed central door. There is a yard entry located at the extreme left, and the first floor has casement windows along with a fascia cornice.
