The building located to the rear of Number 68 on King Street is a Grade II listed structure, originally dating from the 16th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed from flint and brick and features a pantile roof. The building is positioned at right angles to the street, situated in a yard. It has two storeys and consists of two bays. On the right-hand side, there are loading doors on both the ground floor and the first floor. To the left, there is a 20th-century door and a casement window, along with a six-light mullion and transom window on the first floor. A small gable dormer with loading doors is also present. The roof is constructed with diminished principal-rafter construction. The original use of the building is unknown, but it currently serves as a store and workshop.
