Description

The building at the rear of Number 48 is a Grade II listed structure, dating from the late 17th century. Originally its use is unknown, but it is now utilized as a store. The building features rendered brickwork and a pantile roof, with its plan oriented at right angles to the street. It has late 17th century windows and an off-centre door. There are two first-floor windows with C17 mullions and transoms, showcasing ovolo moulding on the mullions. Additionally, there are two later gable dormers. The roof structure consists of a single butt-purlin with low collars.
