Description
20 Elm Hill is a Grade II listed building that was originally constructed in the 17th century, with 18th-century additions to the rear. It currently functions as a shop. The building features a rendered first-floor timber frame and a pantile roof, and it stands two storeys tall with an attic. There are five windows on the first floor, which include 17th-century mullioned and transomed windows with side-hung lights. The shop front is from the 19th century. The building also has two gabled dormers, each with three-light casements, and an end stack. In the 18th-century cellar, there are remains of 15th-century pointed barrel vaults.
