Description
No. 30B on Elm Hill is a former building of unknown use that is now a shop. It features an early 19th-century facade and is constructed with a timber frame that has yellow mathematical tile cladding. The roof is made of pantiles. The building has three storeys and three first-floor windows. The shop front, dating from the 20th century, includes glazing bars. The first-floor windows are sash windows with glazing bars set in moulded wooden architraves, while the second floor has pivoted windows with glazing bars. At the rear, there is a 17th-century range made of flint and brick rubble, topped with a brick gable.
