Description

Nos. 81 and 83, King Street are a pair of houses dating from the late 18th century and early 19th century, with later 20th-century renovations. They are constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. The houses are three storeys high and have two bays each. Each house has a door situated on the left side, with a simply panelled surround and a small flat hood. A yard entrance is located at the far right. The windows are 20th-century sash windows with glazing bars, set within rubbed brick flat arches. A box cornice runs along the top of the building.
