Description

Nos. 87 and 89 on King Street are early 19th-century houses that underwent renovations in the 20th century. They are constructed of red brick with a pantile roof and rise to three storeys with two bays. Each house features doors on the left and right, which have moulded surrounds, architraves with corner roundels, and small flat hoods. The sash windows are topped with flat rubbed brick arches and have glazing bars, except for the ground and first floors of No. 89. A box cornice adds to the architectural detail.
