Description

TG 2308 NW CROWN ROAD (east side) 16/269 5.6.72 No. 35 GV II Former house, now offices. Late C18/early C19. Red brick and pantile roof. Principal facade at right-angles to the street line:- 3 storeys. 3 bays. Central door with fine ornate surround with consoles supporting small hood. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches. Flat rendered stringcourse at first floor level. Small lunette in gable. Empty at the time of re-survey.
