Description
No. 35 Crown Road is a former house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century and features a red brick exterior with a pantile roof. The main facade is positioned at right angles to the street and consists of three storeys and three bays. The central door is highlighted by a fine ornate surround with consoles that support a small hood. The building has sash windows throughout, which include glazing bars and are topped with rubbed brick flat arches. There is a flat rendered stringcourse at the first floor level, and a small lunette is present in the gable. The property was empty at the time of the re-survey.
