Description
No. 15 Chapelfield East is a former house, now used as an office, dating from the early 19th century. The building is constructed of red brick with a rendered plinth and features a pantile roof. It stands three storeys high and has four bays. The entrance is located at the extreme right-hand side and is framed by attached Doric columns that support an open pediment. The door has a rusticated surround with a semi-circular fanlight above it. The building has sash windows with glazing bars throughout, including two small triple-windows with rubbed brick segmental arches at the ground floor and two first-floor windows, the right-hand one of which has side-lights. A bracket cornice runs along the top, and the roof is hipped.
