Description
This building, located on Ice House Lane, is a house that has been divided into three separate residences. It dates from the mid-19th century and is constructed of red brick with a hipped pantile roof. The structure features a central brick ridge chimney and two end stacks, forming an L-shape over two storeys. The front facade includes four first-floor windows. To the left of the street entrance, there is a panelled door that is partially glazed, topped by a fanlight with radial glazing bars and framed by a round-headed rendered architrave. The casement windows have lancet-headed glazing bars and are set beneath rendered segmental lintels. Additionally, there is a sash window located in the gable wall to the left. The rear wing of the building was originally a coach-house.
