Description
Nos. 25 and 27 Bracondale are a pair of houses built in the early to mid-19th century. They are constructed from yellow brick with a rusticated ground floor and feature a slate roof. The houses are two storeys high and have three first-floor windows. The symmetrical panelled doors on either side have fanlights with glazing bars set within rendered architraves. The round-headed ground-floor windows also have glazing bars and are topped with rendered arches, which are connected by a string course. The first-floor windows are sashes with glazing bars and are situated under flat gauged brick arches. A central rendered pilaster adds to the architectural detail.
