A pair of houses dating from the early 19th century, located on the north-east side of Bracondale. The houses are built of red brick with a slate roof and a rebuilt brick chimney. They are three storeys high and have a symmetrical facade with two windows on each first floor. The houses have panelled front doors with radial glazing bar overlights set within round-headed brick arches. The windows are 16-paned sash windows, set under flat brick arches. The eaves overhang the facade.
