Description
Nos. 17 and 19 Bracondale are a pair of mid-19th century houses. They are constructed of red brick and feature a hipped slate roof with a central brick ridge chimney. The buildings rise to three storeys and have four first-floor windows arranged symmetrically. Each house has a panelled part-glazed door on the right and left, both with fanlights. The door of No. 17 has intersecting glazing bars and is set within a recessed round-headed gauged brick arch. All windows are sashes with glazing bars, positioned under flat gauged brick arches. A box cornice runs along the top. Notably, No. 17 includes a wrought-iron trellis porch, and there is a two-storey rendered extension set back to the right.
