Description

This is a house, now divided into three separate units. It was built in the 18th century and altered in the late 19th century. The building is constructed of red brick, with some painted areas, and features stone quoins, dressings, and window frames. It has a red tiled roof with verge parapets and brick end stacks, along with a stack to the left of the centre. The front facade is three stories high and has three windows across. These are 3-light, chamfered mullioned windows, with late 19th century, three-sided, flat-roofed bays inserted on the ground floor to the right. The original entrance was likely to the left of the centre, with a heavy lintel and a partially glazed 20th-century door. A second entrance, also with a heavy lintel, is situated between the bay windows on the right, and a further entrance with a partially glazed 20th-century door is located to the extreme left.
