Cottages. C1830. Walls flint, gault brick dressings. Roof smut pantiles. Pair of 2 bays, 2 storeys. One ground floor casement window, No 2 with cast iron frame and glazing bars under rubbed brick quoined arch with quoined surrounds. First floor, one 2-light casement, cast iron glazing bars with similar brick surrounds, one 2-light casement under wooden lintels to end bays. Boarded doors. End quoins, quoined division to door bay, plat-band string course at first floor, central date stone. Brick dentil eaves, hipped roof, central brick stack. Details identify as Holkham Estate cottage design.
