Description

The churchyard wall, gates, and piers at the Church of St Mary Magdalene were built around 1800. The wall features rusticated piers made of gault brick, with plinths and shallow pyramid coping. It has S-curve curtain walls constructed from flint and brick dressings and copings, along with brick piers. The entrance is adorned with cast iron gates that display Greek Revival details. This structure is part of a longer flint wall that encloses the churchyard and the former Rectory, which is now known as Church Farm.
