Description

The Lodge to Warham House is a cottage dating from around 1840. It is constructed of flint and gault brick, with a roof covered in red pantiles. The building has two storeys and consists of two bays. The windows are 20th-century casement types situated under brick arches with quoined surrounds. The entrance features a 20th-century door and doorcase in a neo-Georgian style. A plat-band string course runs along the first floor, and there are quins and a dentil cornice present. The roof is hipped with a central stack. This lodge serves as a former cottage of the Leicester Estate.
