Description

No. 1 Hall Road is an 18th-century house with 19th-century details. It consists of two sections, featuring squared, coursed carstone blocks on the south side and carstone rubble on the north, with brick dressings and a red pantiled roof. The ground floor and first floor each have one sash window and one three-light casement window, with brick infill surrounds in larger, early segmental headed openings. There is a 20th-century door and a pentice. At the rear, there is a two-storey outshut. The building is included for its group value.
