Description

No. 45 Lynn Road is a house dating from the mid-to-late 18th century. It is constructed of whitewashed brick and features a red pantiled roof. The building has three bays and stands three storeys tall, showcasing a late Georgian domestic style.

On the ground floor, there is a 20th-century door inserted at the north, a central blocked 18th-century opening, and a shop front lean-to canopy supported by one iron bracket. The first floor contains two sash windows with thick glazing bars set in flush wooden frames, which are positioned under skew back brick arches. There is also a central blocked window opening of the same dimensions. The second floor features two hinged sashes with thick glazing bars. Additionally, there is one purlin iron on the first floor and three on the second floor. The building is included for its group value.
