Description

This is an early 18th-century villa, originally a two-story building with a basement, and originally featuring three windows. It is now divided into two flats, located at 81 and 81A Sopwell Lane. The roof is tiled and hipped on the left side. The exterior is red brick with a brick plinth. A central window on the first floor has been blocked. The windows have been replaced, and the door and ground-floor windows have new, gauged brick arches. A new front door has been installed. Numbers 81 to 89, which are the odd-numbered properties on Sopwell Lane, form a group.
