Description

This garden ornament, located 90 meters northeast of Benington Park house, dates from the early 19th century. It is made of carved stone and features a panelled octagonal base supporting a tall, spiral-fluted, tapering upright. The upright is adorned with three diving dolphins, and there is a hole at the top intended for a finial or a fountain nozzle.
