HERTINGFORDBURY WOOLMERS PARK TL 21 SE Letty Green 5/80 Gardener's Cottage and - Kitchen Garden Wall about 100m N of Woolmer's Park - II

Gardener's house and kitchen garden wall to Woolmer's Park (q.v.). C18 origins, altered and house built mid C19. Red brick wall about 3 metres high enclosing a rectangle 50m x 80m. Entrances to 3 sides, that nearest main house with a segmental head. House is cement rendered brick with a tiled roof. T shape on plan. 2 bays. 2 storeys. Outer elevation has projecting gabled bay to right with a hooded entrance, 2 light casements. Rear elevation to garden: gabled bay to left with end stack, central entrance with raking tiled hood, ground floor 3 light, first floor 2 light casements. Interior not inspected.
