Gardener's cottage. Late C18 with C19 alterations and addition. Red brick lower part with yellow brick raised portion above, hipped slate roof with lead dressings, 2 wall stacks, 2 storey 3 bay front with embattled top rising from moulded string course. Central panelled door flanked by single plain sashes. To first floor are 3 further similar windows with between the left hand pair a smaller plain sash. All openings have segmental brick heads.
