Description
Nos. 194 and 196 on High Street are a pair of cottages dating from the 18th to 19th century. They are constructed with a timber frame and are weatherboarded, topped with a red plain tiled roof. The cottages feature a central red brick chimney stack and rise to two storeys. Each cottage has a two-window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes. There are doorways on the right and left, with a 20th-century gabled porch on the left side.
