Description

Nos. 89 and 91 on Spring Lane are a pair of cottages dating from the 18th to 19th century. They are constructed with a timber frame and are weatherboarded, topped with a red plain tiled roof and featuring a central red brick chimney stack. The cottages are two storeys high and have a two-window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes set in moulded surrounds. Each cottage has a right and left vertically boarded door with simple moulded surrounds. On the first floor of the returns, there are 19th-century two-light casements with central glazing bars.
