The left range has moulded and dentilled eaves. The cottages are two storeys high and have a 2:2 window arrangement of small paned vertically sliding sashes with moulded surrounds. The left door is a four-panelled design with a flat canopy supported by brackets. The central door is vertically boarded with a simple surround and also has a flat canopy on brackets.
