ROCHFORD NORTH STREET TQ 8790 NE (west side) 15/227 Nos. 25 and 27 25.11.70 GV II Former house, now with shop to right. C18 with later alterations. Timber framed and weatherboarded. Red plain tiled roof. Central red brick chimney stack. 2 storeys. 2 window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes. Central 6-panel door, pilasters with capitals, bases and patera, moulded and decorated frieze, moulded flat canopy. Shop front to right with end pilasters, fascia over door and window. Tiled plinth.
