Description

Nos. 186 and 188 on High Street are a pair of cottages built in the 18th or 19th century. They are timber framed and weatherboarded, topped with a grey slate roof and featuring a central gault brick chimney stack. The cottages are two storeys high and have a two-window range with small paned vertically sliding sashes. The doors on the right and left are from the 20th century, while the 19th-century surrounds are simple, with flat canopies supported by brackets.
