They are timber-framed, with a plaster-rendered exterior and a hipped roof covered in longstraw thatch, featuring two ridge stacks. The cottages are one storey high with an attic and include three dormer windows. The front façade has two casement windows and a single light casement, along with one doorway on the right side and another located in the gable end.
